​​Athletics forms the core of so many sports — running, jumping, and throwing are the building blocks of physical confidence and coordination. When children learn these skills early, it sets them up to thrive in a wide range of sports and activities later on.​

That’s why we’re passionate about introducing children to athletics in a way that’s fun, inclusive, and engaging. Whether your child is full of energy or just starting to explore sport, our sessions offer the perfect environment to build skills and grow in confidence.​
Weekly Athletics Sessions (Ages 5–12):
Monday: 11:00 – 12:00 (Homeschool session)
Friday: 17:00 – 18:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 10:00
